Inspired by the 'Young Riders Jersey' of the Tour de France, The Young One is our mildest coffee. It is a single origin Brazilian Santos Bean. Brazil is the largest producer of coffee in the world and this Santos bean (named after its port) is considered to be a consistently good Brazilian coffee.
The coffee beans are hand-picked and dry processed, which involves removing the beans from the cherries once dried.
When you want a flavoursome coffee with a bit less of a 'kick' to it, the Young One hits the spot.
A mild, smooth flavour with chocolate notes, nutty and sweet caramel.
